Discord integration as team communication

As a small tech company we are using discord as our team communication because of its features and easy integrations with other dev apps. Using Tape as one of our project management task we integrate it with our discord team chat and loving the result.

each new task is created and assigned to a developer, it will send a message in discord channel that there’s a new task assignment and mention the name of the discord member.

I think this is the advantage of tape automations we can customize almost anything for integrations.

yes its possible with slack also, you need to know the api/webhook from slack.

The automation to achieve this is so simple:

What you send to Slack can be a lot more complex making the message look nicer a little like how it looks in MS Teams that I show here: Sending Data from Tape to MS Teams
