We are noticing that when a user enters themselves as the assignee on a Checklist item, and that particular field is set to âShow checklist items in focusâ it works without issue.
But when the items are left without an assignee, requiring our workaround automation to enter the assignee name, those items are not showing up on the users Focus Page.
We have made sure to select options for âTrigger Automationsâ and âTrigger Webhooksâ in this action step of the automation rules. But no matter what, items are only showing up in the Focus Page if the user manually selects the assignee name.
Thanks a lot for reporting this issue and for the very detailed explanation and your video. Thanks to your clear description, we were able to reproduce the behavior already.
We have confirmed that it is related to permissions: the assignment is made by the automation, and because of that, it is filtered in the wrong way. This is what causes the items not to show up correctly in the Focus area.
We will fix this as soon as possible and will let you know once everything is resolved. Again, many thanks for your helpful feedback and sorry for the inconvenience!
Good news! Weâve already rolled out a fix for the issue you reported.
Could you please double-check on your side if everything is now working as expected?
In our test scenarios, everything looks good and is now working as it should!
