[DONE] Stuck Record - Can't edit, cant view, but it still exists

Hello Tape team

We are experiencing an unusual behaviour, and were not able to identify whats wrong here.

We have a record that simply doesnt load information.

We can select this record for adding into relationship fields in other apps, but we cant open and edit, or even delete.

We have created a duplicated to keep the process going, but we’d like this record to be deleted.

We tried to do actions through automations, but it seems the automations are also not able to get the record.

Hi @toni,

thanks a lot for the report!This really looks like an issue on our side.
Could you maybe attach a screenshot of the console tab (when you open inspection in your browser)? There should most likely be an error message there, and that would help us understand much faster what’s going wrong.

From what I see, this might be a permission-related problem — but we’ll analyze it as quickly as possible and work on a fix.
