Add relation without the need to press the "add" button

From my user experience, the requirement to press the “add” button after selection from a search in e.g. relations or user field is unnecessary. Search and select should - from my point of view - directly save the selection.

From my experience if you choose that relation can have multiple relationship you must click add button. But if you choose only one relation then you don’t need to click add button

I’ve also been frustrated by this. Primarily in selecting user field entries
