This is one of those little things that can make life so much easier once you know it exists:
Some people will go “yeah, I use that all the time”, but I suspect quite a few others will have an “oh wow, I wish I knew that” moment.
Need a Select field with lots of options, and already have the list somewhere else?
Just copy and paste it directly into the field options.

It’s one of those hidden gems that can be especially valuable for power users like you.
By the way, have you also tried using Shift + Click to multi-select individual options? You can also use Ctrl + A to select all options at once, change their colors, or delete them in bulk.
Maybe you already know this, but I thought I’d mention it as a nice addition.
