I have a workspace, where I only share certain records to members of my organisation. As its better organized as a workspace in their navigation (vs. shared app only) I add them as members to the workspace, but workspace members have no access for the apps. Thus they see their shared records in the workspace style.
So far so good.
I also add “tape users” as field to that records. Works fine via automation, but UI only shows me the “Workspace Admins”, not the “Workspace Members” for selection. Shouldn’t I be able to add a member of the workspace to a single record via the tape user field? Even if members are set to have no access and the records will be shared individually anway via API?
The user field is important for filtering in views, as we can’t filter for text fields or calculations.
