We’ve introduced a confirmation modal to give you an extra layer of security when deleting database apps, workspaces, or archiving a workspace.
This small step helps prevent mistakes, think of it as a quick double-check.

I noticed this yesterday. I thought it was something that I had overlooked previously. I think this is a great failsafe to have in place -nice job.

Hi @Luis,
currently we have only rolled it out very carefully, because such an extra step can also be very annoying if you want to delete something quickly or clean something up.
That’s why we’ve only focused on database apps and workspaces to prevent major data loss. For dashboard apps, records and automations, we still have a simple warning modal.
In the end it’s always a tradeoff, but we definitely wanted to wait for more feedback before rolling out this extra layer of security in too many places.

When we delete an automation are they stored in a trash for an amount of time before being completely deleted? If not, a failsafe would be a good idea. Especially if it’s not reversible.
