Created PDF not appearing in FILES area as expected

I’m brand new to Tape (using poor old decaying Podio still… and looking for a replacement ASAP). My first workflow ever in Tape was to test out PDF’s. I have created the flow… but the .PDF file does not appear anywhere. In Podio it attached to the item it was created by in the FILES area. This is NOT happening in Tape. Where, how do I find the PDF?

In the PDF flow block it says “…and save file in PDF”… where is that? Do I need to change this to something else?? What? Help. Thank you.

In the above example, I have a field PDF1 and PDF2 I am creating two PDF’s and then adding them to the record in the respective fields.

Hopefully that tells you what you need but if not let us know

It’s important to note, based on your post, that Tape does not have a “Files” section. Files are now stored in fields, you can add as many or as few as you want (including none). Jason’s example includes a “record update” call that pushes your new PDF into a particular field.

Thanks Andrew… I see that now. There’s a lot that’s the same as Podio… and a great deal different too. Just going through the learning curve. That’s actually nice they have their own separate fields. I can see how that could be yet another + for Tape!
