Simply put, I would love to have the ability to define (a few?) custom global colors on an org level.
I imagine going to the settings of an org (or app?) and having the ability to define a few hex color swatches. Then, anywhere that allows the ability to choose from the predefined colors would also display the global options.
These could be your brand colors - bolder or more saturated than the available options.
A slightly less attractive alternative would be the ability to define a custom color on the field level.
I’m putting this out here now while the team is refactoring the new layout, mobile, forms, and dashboard features.
