Please see attached screenshot. We created a workflow back in March or April that was supposed to fire 1 month before an End Date in an app we have called Fiscal Years. All of the items in this app have an End Date of 12/31/2025, so it should have either fired on 11/30 or 12/1 depending on the logic.
However, no workflows fired at all.
Is there something we missing, or is there a deeper issue?

In general, date-based workflows are usually very reliable. From experience, when something goes wrong, it’s often related to timezone handling, which can be tricky in some cases.
We’ll take a closer look on our side, check the logs and the pipelines, and try to understand what exactly happened here. Once we have more details, we’ll get back to you with an update.
