Date grouping displays duplicate entries with inconsistent record counts

When viewing records in a Landing Zone app with grouping enabled by “Created On Date,” the same date appears twice in the grouped view with different record counts. Specifically, on April 24, 2026, one grouping shows 397 records while a duplicate grouping of the same date shows 0 records.

This creates confusion when trying to understand how many records were actually created on that date and suggests an issue with how the grouping function handles or displays date-based aggregations.

thank you so much for the report, really appreciate it :100: This does indeed look like a bug on our side.

We just need to better understand what exactly is triggering it:
If you switch to another view or file and then come back, does the section with “0” records disappear, or does it stay there?

And one more question:
Have you already been working with the new Record Experience in this app? We have a small suspicion here, since we’re introducing drafts to improve record creation and calculations, it could be that drafts are not fully filtered out yet in this case.

The app having this issue was not using and have not used the new Record experience. I just checked the app again and the zero tally is not there anymore. It seems the error resolved itself since the view date has changed. So it seems the current date upload can be an issue but not historical date data?

I think I saw it when an operation is underway and after refresh the duplicated line with 0 disappeared. When I see it again, I will report as well.
