Tell us how you use Tapeapp in yout business or life.

Here is one of my case, board member working.

I have workspace “Company board”

And there apps:
Meetings

  • meeting name
  • meeting status; open / ready
  • meeting type; in office / online
  • meeting date (=> add to calendar)
  • participants
  • related company (if many)
  • notes

Meeting matter

  • header
  • related meeting
  • notes
  • pics
  • attachments

Tasks

  • name
  • related meeting / company
  • status; open / under progress/ ready
  • assigned to
  • related persons from contacts
  • date (add to calendar to notice you this task)

  • pics
  • attachments

Company info

  • company name
  • company org id
  • company address
  • company billing info
  • board members
  • related company contacts; etc. maintenance / cleaning / etc.
  • etc. useful info of company

These i have in own Contacts-workspace (I use Contacts in several WS), but can be in same WS also

I have way too much to type, BUT I will try to create a top-level of what we’re going to be building.

Client Workspace
Estimate Workspace

  • Line Items Workspace(s)
  • Art Workspace
  • Art Proof Workspace
  • Production Workspace

With any luck, we will be building out everything from estimating jobs, sending art proofs for approval, and managing time tracking for production of in-house tangible items.

Most exciting to everyone in the past, we will be budling out a full QR-code solution that prints automatically and when scanned, allows a client to request a reorder of material.
