We just migrated a customer from Podio to Tape and one of the apps with less than 200 records in it is not loading properly.
It is kind of an urgent topic because the team wants to start using the new Tape environment on Monday morning.

Hi @Kollaborateur,
thank you very much for the report.
Don’t worry, we should have identified and fixed the problem quickly.
Could you send me a screenshot of the console tab in the browser when the error occurs?
This is usually the most accurate description of what is causing the records not to load.
Best regards
Leo
Sure, and thanks for the screenshot.
could you possibly expand the two errors? There might be some helpful information there.
Thanks again
Leo
Thank you very much for the offer @Kollaborateur, but the information should be enough. If we need more I will get back to you.
I will forward to our dev team and get back to you as soon as the issue is fixed.
Need to understand the root cause that the error class is permanently fixed.
However, I think I have a lead, in the past this has only happened with field conversions and special creation processes that have led to individual inconsistent records that trigger this.
Could you may try to create a new view and set a text filter on a field and filter by a letter or certain word so that there should only be a few records in the view, if it loads then it would confirm my guess.
Thanks in advance
Leo
Looks like my initial lead was wrong – I had thought a single inconsistent record might be causing the issue, but it’s unlikely it’s among the 13.
I’ll get back to you as soon as I have feedback from the dev team. The fix will definitely be in place over the weekend – hopefully already today. Since we haven’t seen this kind of issue in months, it might go a bit deeper and take a bit more effort to resolve. But definitely before Monday!
Sorry and best regards,
Leo
For one app, I just found a workaround. It originally had 11 relation fields pointing to a centralized file app (as it was done in Podio). I added 11 separate file fields and ran a script to transfer the files from the relation fields into the corresponding file fields. After that, I deleted the relation fields - and now the records are displaying properly.
Hi Rico,
we have recently deployed a fix that should solve the problem. Can you please check after a refresh if it works now?
Best regards
Leo
The second app where I experienced this issue is now showing all records.
However, in this app - and only in this app - none of the calculation fields are producing any output.
Even a simple formula like this returns nothing for any of the nearly 1,000 records:
let abc = @Unique ID
"abc"
Here are the app details:
• Workspace ID : 16009
• App ID: 56967
Has the original issue with loading the app now been fixed or is there still an issue here?
If so, I would close it and open a new one for the calculation field.
All records are shown now - with or without a filter.
I think you can close this one.
Perfect, thanks for the update.
We will analyse the problem with the calculation field and get back to you with updates.
I will then create a separate issue for this one.
