Hi again,
In the Create PDF action inside an automation, when using the @ to introduce a number variable in the PDF, the variable is loosing its own formatting. So we don’t get the numbers and or quantities as expected. Please make it so it respects the chosen format that correctly is being displayed in the fields.

Hi @R.J,

thanks for sharing your issue. We were not able to reproduce an issue on our end, when using a number field @ token inside a PDF or also other automation actions, the value seems properly formatted including prefix, suffix and decimals.

Could you share your concrete example, and compare a) expected vs b) actual result? Ideally also sharing your number field’s config and format settings. We could then follow up with a reproduction or clarification.
