Thank you very much for the report! We immediately looked at our logs and operation statistics and could not find any general speed issues.
However, your organization was definitely throttled at that time. Could it be that the throttling was caused by unusual actions such as bulk operations on large apps, updating calculation fields that are used as triggers in apps, imports in combination with update triggers on calculation fields, endless loops or similar?
