We need to create invoice and everything worked great. Since this morning all we get on pdf is “@collected” values.
There were no changes in the PDF generation engine - I just retested and PDF generation works well for a collected table in my scenario.
Maybe the work flow was messed with along the way?
Could you reach out directly to me via message with the name of the flow and your organization data? I might be able to assist by checking on our end.

UPDATE: @tomaz clarified that the issue vanished after saving the workflow again.
