When I remove a file from a record, I still see the file in the “activity” section, and when I click on it, it downloads. How is it possible to permanently delete a file from my Tape organization?

yes, that’s how it’s currently built. The reason for this is also our trash. This is where users can restore deleted records, and of course we also need the files for this.
However, we regularly clean the files of permanently deleted records automatically after a certain threshold period, also to save our storage space.
If you want to prevent access immediately, simply restrict the authorisation to the record, as we have record permissions, or delete it completely.
However, we will continue to optimise the revision history.
