[DONE] Export Button Missing

Issue: The Export button is missing, even though “Disable Exports” in Organization Settings is not active.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Organization Settings and confirm “Disable Exports” is off.
2. Navigate to a section where the Export button should be.
3. The Export button is missing.

It only happens in one of the organizations I am a member of, which adds to my confusion.
Does someone have an explanation for this?

Hi @Eric_Scherlich,

I might have a guess. The secutity setting “Disable exports” in the organization settings is an option for Org Admins and Owners to overwrite the workspace settings.

However, the option also exists at workspace level so the export could still be disabled in the workspace settings.
In addition, you must have at least “Can Share” access level to export content.
