When we do related search it will show up duplicate results see image below
this will happened when you search keyword is a complete name.

thank you very much for the report.
We tried to reproduce the described issue, but unfortunately we were not able to do so. Could you plase open the related app and search for Willy When in the view search if there is only one record of Willy When in that app?
I had a similar issue once before and in the end there were a lot of duplicates of the record, so just a wrong guess on my part.
