[DONE] Replication and updating of files for fields within related applications is having issues

I have an automation that replicates several file fields between applications
and for validation purposes I created a simple flow replicating the fields
Documentos de Depositos and Documentos de Cartões/Pix QR Code
from the application Fechamento de caixa | Pátio Maceió to the application Fechamento de caixa | Monitoring

here is a log of what happened during replication
I replicated the fields
Deposit Documents and Card Documents/Pix QR Code

but my flow replicated the same file for both fields
image
and this has happened in several applications in this process and several fields in different files

Hi @joao.matheus,

thank you very much for the report! We will analyze the issue and fix it. If we still have problems with reproducibility, we will get in touch with you.

Best regards and thanks again for the report

Hi @joao.matheus,

thanks for sharing your issue. We were not able to reproduce in our testing scenario. Are you positive that you selected the correct fields in all four dropdowns inside the update field rows in your “Update all related records” action brick? I.e. the first row should have “Documentos de Depositos” in the first and in the second dropdown, and the second row vice versa with the second file field.

It would be great if you could double check. Otherwise, we will need more details for reproduction.
One additional question: Are you updating only one record at a time, or multiple ones?

Cheers
Tim

Here is a video of the field conference

we are always updating from the store area to the finance area
and we are only updating one record at a time, always from the store areas to the finance area where the information is consolidated

highlighting that this was just a flow that I created to demonstrate the problem more easily but this is happening in several applications and flows related to this process where we send file fields

@joao.matheus with your input and some additional info provided by @Jason we were able to reproduce and resolve the issue. The fix went live this afternoon, could you test on your end whether the problem is resolved?

Thanks for your patience &
Cheers
Tim

I performed some tests here and the problem was resolved, thank you very much. I advised users of the process to check the submissions in the application over the next few days in case there is still any discrepancy.
