I found a bug preventing Search for Records from finding the App Record ID. Here is a video on how to replicate the potential bug.

This is not a bug. I got it confused. Thanks, @Jason, for clarifying.
In the search automation, the # App Record ID searches for the values in the Unique ID field, not the Record ID (the value you find in Developer Info > Record ID).
Here is how it shows in the automation. In this case, the recordβs Unique ID is 7, not 64268675.
