It seems that Forms are suffering some performance issues while filling out the details.
Especially in forms where we have linked to the new relationship field options.
Clicking on drop down lists has a very delayed response. And even typing in text boxes it will seem unresponsive then jump and catch up.
This past week I’ve heard feedback about this from multiple users, and I’ve noticed it myself.
Sorry I don’t have a recorded video example of this at the moment, but I will try to capture one and share it here if the opportunity arrises.

This is especially interesting because the form components are rendered on the client and should generally be insensitive to any general performance issues. However, it’s possible that with the new relation field, particularly around the loading and rendering of displayed field types, we may have introduced an inefficiency.
If you can, it would be very helpful to share a specific form where this occurs, and ideally a short video. That will allow us to reproduce the issue quickly and address it as soon as possible.
At first glance, this sounds like a specific issue that should be relatively quick to fix. I really appreciate you flagging this, and I’d be glad to hear any additional details you come across.

We found and fixed the issue. It was a performance problem in the search overlay of the new relation field. I just tested it on my side and it’s no longer happening.
Could you please check once more on your end after a refresh and let me know if it’s resolved for you as well?

I just ran some tests and the performance on our form was much better now.
