[DONE] Something wrong with autocomplete adress field

When editing an adress field with a copied or existing (imported?) adress, which didn’t resolve yet - there seems to be an issue. I can see the getLocationAutocompleteSuggestions network calls in the browser - also the response to it. But the suggestions are not shown in the frontend.

When I clear the field and start writing again, autocomplete seems to be recovered.

… actually also with brand new entries:

  • tested with “google ireland”
  • network devTools shows the reponse, but not the frontend

Its MS Edge on MacOS.

Hi @dirk_s

thank you very much for the report - I was able to reproduce the problem.
Pretty sure a regression caused by ourselves when we rolled out the read only mode of the field types for the can view and can comment permission levels.

We will look into the issue and get back to you when the fix is live.
