Thank you so much for your detailed report. From what you describe, it looks like the workspace might be missing an admin. This can sometimes happen if a workspace becomes “orphaned”, for example when the original admin was removed from the organization without assigning a new one.
Could you please send me a quick screenshot of the member management of the affected workspace? That will help us understand the situation much faster and find a solution for you. It will also help us see why the duplication option is not showing.
If the data is sensitive, feel free to send it to me via D, I’ll handle it carefully and take a look there. In general, it really helps us if you can share this information directly, as we cannot easily check details inside your organization ourselves due to data privacy reasons.
From what I can tell right now, it seems possible that the user with ID 345737 is not a workspace admin. Only workspace admins can publish or duplicate a workspace. Do you know if this user might be an organization owner or organization admin instead?

We need to grant administrative privileges to the user ID 345737. The previous admin and owner accounts are no longer active as those employees have left the company, and we do not have access to their credentials.
Please let us know the steps to complete this transfer.
We’ve added the user with ID 345737 as a Workspace Admin.
This was possible because the user had the Organization Owner role, which includes permission to add themselves to a workspace if the workspace no longer had active admins.
Please let us know if everything is working as expected now and if you’re able to access and use the workspace normally again.
