I cant do import, it works earlier but now im encountering this error. happens when Trigger Automation is enabled and use the update function in import options

Hi @meetmaykel,
we have searched our error logs extensively for errors during import, but unfortunately could not find any. This indicates with a certain probability a problem with the file. We have also carried out imports with trigger automation and update, but unfortunately the error did not occur.
Is the error reproducible with your CSV / Excel file? Could you make it available to us for further debugging?

Hello @Leo i found out that the error occurs when you have duplicate rows in excel/csv. apologies as i cant remove this post due to permission
