I’ve been here for 3 years now.
This was one of the best decisions made for my team and our growth. Leaving podio after almost 10 years was terrifying but I’m so glad we made the jump. I don’t miss constantly refreshing or having status.podio bookmarked because the system was always broken. Thanks for building a stable platform that just works. And for actually implementing feedback from your users.

Do you run your project management with Tape for yourself and what sort of client systems does Tape become a primary choice?
I do. Andreas accidentally helped me learn PHP through the podio community back in 2012/2013 
We run everything through Tape.
If I’m ever able to execute client side JS I’ll implement a really cool art proof system that allows clients to add comments directly on PDFs of their art proofs. Eg. Click on the art proof of your business card logo and say “make it bigger” 
That’s one of the few things that we have had to put on the back burner

I also have the community garden nonprofit that will migrate everything to Tape as soon as mobile is fully supported. That will be an amazing case study for the platforms flexibility.
He has helped me learn to use JS to enhance interfaces a lot. So I can understand.
Great, I am thinking of different use-cases where Tape can be pre-packaged.
This is an interesting use-case. How does your clients receive the PDF. Do you share the Tape item itself or send it via email?
As is, we share an external page with displayed images from a item. Then have a form below to capture the comments/changes
Understood. So now you’d want a way for them to just add comments on the PDF rather than submitting via comment box. Makes sense.
