I can drag and drop conditions, but drag and drop of actions doesn't work

I tried to rework some automation, where drag and drop is a nice feature. It works for moving a condition, but seems not to work for an action?

Its for the conditional action element.

Also:

  • “If…” title and “Else…” title can both be renamed, but the “Actions” title can’t.
