Hopefully there will be a function where we can import/export an automation. this saves time when duplicating long and complex automation into another app
@meetmaykel - not sure if this answer will totally solve your use case…but it is possible to duplicate automations and then change which app is used as the base for that automation. This 1min video shows an example of how you can do this: Duplicating Tape Automations to other apps | Loom

Apologies for giving an incomplete information. to further elaborate, for instance, when we migrated from Podio to Tape, only the apps and workspaces were transferred. Although we can export workflows from podio but we cant import it here so basically we will create it one by one or maybe there are other tools that includes the workflow when migration happens. again, thank you for your reply. It is really helpful

You are right that it isn’t possible (to my current knowledge Q4 2024) to get those automations pulled across from Podio’s Workflow Automation tool into Tape.
If you haven’t found it yet, be sure to check out the amazing migration tool from Zooli: Podio to Tape Migration
It still doesn’t have ability to transfer across the automations, but it can significantly streamline the rest of a migration, and then you have more time available to rebuild and improve upon automations as they get transferred into the Tape system.
