Issues with "Update external IDs"

Is anyone having issues with the Update external IDs in App Developer Info? It is not changing the external IDs on my end.

thank you very much for reporting this :100:

I just checked on my side. We made some optimizations to the record and app loading logic over the last few days, so I also suspected that we might have introduced a regression there. However, for me it is still working without any issues.

Could you please open the browser console while running the update and check if any specific error shows up there? That would help us a lot to better understand what might be causing the issue on your side.

Thanks for the quick reply. The odd thing is that this only happens in one workspace. I tried other workspaces and another Tape account, and it updates the fields without any issues.

I tried clearing the cookies and then tried again and got the following from the console (I am using Chrome Version 143.0.7499.170):

This is trying to update one external id. When I click “Update ID’s.” (to update all of them), nothing happens.

We’ve already taken a look, but it’s still hard for us to fully reproduce the issue on our side. To investigate this properly, could you please give full access to the affected app? That would allow us to look directly into the setup and fix this quickly.
