When a Member Field is set to allow more than one selection, we almost always use the search field to start typing the name(s) of individuals.
There is a bug where even after the typing leads to filtered results and a selection is made, the initially typed characters still appear in the search bar.

We see this as a bug and a daily annoyance. The typed characters should be removed as soon as a selection is made. This would better allow the field to be used to instantly type and filter/select the next name to be added.
