Mobile App with blank white screen when clicking notification

When I open a notification with iPhone 16Pro / Safari iOS 26 (I guess thats the browser engine in use for the mobile native app?) I always get a white empty screen for the concerned record. After switching to search and back, it renders correctly.

We have already tested this, but so far we have not been able to reproduce the issue in our test environment.

We will continue investigating it and will get back to you as soon as we have identified the cause and a fix is available. If we need any additional information from you along the way, we will reach out as well.
