I’d also like to say a big thank you to the community and the Tape team.

For our team, Tape with its dashboards and charts has been a game changer. It has helped us eliminate all those Excel export workarounds to analyse data, and the “Can comment” permission has made collaborating with our customers so much better, without needing a lot of automation to undo changes. We are really excited to see even more fantastic features in the future.

Thank you again to the community for always being there for us.

I can’t login. I’ve tried my old password and the company provided password.
Nothing works and I’ve been trying since yesterday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It’s possible that the used organization name is different in Tape. Could you double-check just to be sure?

Please follow these steps:

  • Use this link: https://tapeapp.com/find-my-org
  • Enter your email address, and you’ll receive an email with a magic link.
  • In that email, click the button “Confirm email address.”
  • Then, choose your organization from the list.

@Leo I just tried that link myself, that’s super handy! I keep getting asked by teammates who forget our organization name again and again.
Now I can just give them that link. I didn’t even know that process existed, this makes things a lot easier. Thank you!
