Hi, I have a category field that can be updated by the user or by automation.
I want to trigger an automation ONLY if the field will be updated by the user, how can I do it?
(In Podio there is something like “Revision Creator Name” and I just set it up to not be a “[APP NAME]”) what about here in tape? how can I do it?
I love the questions that stop me doing what I am supposed to be doing 
The simple answer is to make sure that the update block that triggers the change is not set to trigger automations, the opposite of the following screenshot:

This was not as easy as I thought it was going to be to solve and I tried a number of other ways, before this one.
