How to raise a support ticket with Tape related to account issue?

Thanks Andrew. I do it. But there was an acual account related issue, so I was wondering if there is a Support Ticket or email support available directly from the team.

From our experience, it’s been incredibly helpful to post everything right here in the Community - ideally in the relevant category, like feature requests or bugs & issues. Tape is all about being community-driven - which means your post doesn’t just help you, it helps everyone. It keeps things transparent, visible, and gives the Tape team (and others) a chance to jump in.

For any questions related to billing or plans, just click the β€œ?” in the bottom right corner inside Tape. This will connect you directly with Tape’s finance team, who can assist with invoices, subscriptions, or any other billing-related topics.
