Tape Automation has been in progress for over 10 minutes. It’s a simple automation that should not take more then a couple of seconds to execute. wondering if any knows what it could be? please see the following screenshot of the runs.
So I have it working now this was happening when data was posted from Twilio to my webhook I was getting a problem when the voicemail data was posted back. I fixed it by seperating the code in two different webhook automations. Still not sure why it was processing for so long, but hey at least I have it working now so I am happy
