Tape takes a lot of time to load

For the past 2 weeks we’ve been experiencing slow load time on any app within our workspace.

Internet speed is good but we always have this blank screen for about 2 to 4 min before the page loads.

thanks for reporting your issue. Tape is currently operating normally, and we have received no further reports such as this one. Please refer to our status page to inspect current system status and operational statistics.

Could you double check your network and firewall settings? Have you tried disabling browser extensions and clearing your cookies / browser storage?

I sometimes experience a slowdown when opening notifications and editing automation. I think it has something to do with the Chrome browser on my Mac. I haven’t tried clearing cookies and browser storage.
