Tasks not appearing in FOCUS

Hey Team,

No items are showing up in the FOCUS area. I have checked the settings and ‘show in focus’ is definitely on in the Member field of my Task App.

Help please!

thanks a lot for reporting this! That definitely sounds like an issue.

If “Show in Focus” is enabled on the Member field, the record is assigned to you and nothing appears in the Focus area (in section recently assigned), something may be going wrong while loading the data.

Could you please help us with a bit more detail?

  1. Open your browser’s Developer Tools (usually with F12).
  2. Go to the Console tab.
  3. Then open the (empty) Focus area again.
  4. If any error message appears in the Console, please expand it and send us a screenshot of it.

If possible, a short screen recording of the issue would also be extremely helpful. You’re welcome to send the screenshot/video to me via direct message so we can take a closer look and help you as quickly as possible.
