Time Exclusion in Date Fields Without 'Require Time' Toggle Enabled

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out as I thought it was on my end.

If you use a calc to set a date and time in the future, and then update a date field, the time will not be included unless the “require time” toggle is required.

Quick steps to replicate:

  1. Use this time date snippet from the docs:
  2. add to a calculation
  3. manually update a date field with time required toggle off
