In one or two months we will promote the CRM system we created in Tape from Test to Production. I will give the users a training on how to use the system in their daily activities. I think it would be helpful for them to have a user manual for documentation.
Their business process will be the main perspective of the manual.
A separate section should be about the Tape UI. Does anybody know of such a standard document I can uss? Has anyone else written a user manual focusing or containing the Tape UI?
We have a space with SOPs. I’ve found the easiest way to create these is with loom. Record a video, walk through the while process, and then have it create the SOP with screenshots and links to the video timestamp.
That said, @TapeTeam has amazing SOPs and walkthroughs so I am interested in their process.
Thank you, loom would be a great way to demonstrate the system and how it integrates in their business processes.
And what about the standard Tape UI? For instance: be aware that every change is saved instantly, how to scroll through records, how to filter records, how to create personal views, how to unlink a child record, etc.
I was wondering if someone has written a user manual for these kind of howto’s.
