What does this error code mean

Hi everyone,

I occasionally encounter the following error, and I’m trying to understand what causes it and how to fix it.

“Action execution failed with error:
[404] not_found: activeUser with id 388997 not found”

I’m not 100% on this BUT I’m pretty sure that error means Tape is trying to interact with a user (ID 388997) who no longer exists or has been deactivated in your workspace.

Check for the following:

  • User was deactivated/removed from the workspace
  • User lost permissions to access that specific app
  • A user field contains a stale reference to that ID
  • Someone left the organization but their ID is still referenced somewhere

Again, I’m not 100% on this but that is where I am would start.

Hopefully someone else can confirm.
