Email To App Missing Fields

The Email To App is still missing a critical “To” field datapoint in the info it exposes.

A very common use case is that we send an email to a client with an update on a project, and we want to associate that back to their notes. We have an activities app that we use the email to app feature, and we will cc that in our external email thread so that a copy lands here. It’s only useful if we know who that email is sent to, so that we can have an automation match what projects that email is associated with and link this communication activity to that particular project.

I don’t see this as a feature request. I see this as a bug that needs to get fixed, or the email-to-app functionality continues to be of very minimal use for cases like this.

I can see how that would be extremely useful!

We currently send the emails from tape so we can keep the record inside their acct but it’s less than ideal.

This would be perfect for logging.
