The “to” field is missing.
Usecase: If you manage inbound and outbound mails in an app, you may want to use the information of the “to” field as well

very good news: we just wanted to quickly let you know that this has now been implemented and released 
We used the opportunity to modernize the whole mapping menu a bit and also added the missing To option for email field mapping.
