One form, different views. You can now hide or show blocks based on who’s filling out your form or which device they’re using.

Show extra instructions to your team, hide internal fields from visitors using a public link, or use shorter help text on mobile.

:books: How to get started

  1. Open your form in edit mode.
  2. Hover over a block and open the ⋮⋮ menu.
  3. Select Rules, then choose Hide block or Show block.
  4. Under When, add a condition and select Current user or Device from General.

:sparkles: What’s new

  • Current user: Choose specific people, groups, Workspace admins, Workspace members, Guest, or Public link. Show an internal reference field only to your team or display a welcome message for visitors using a public link.
  • Device: Choose Desktop or Mobile. Show detailed instructions on desktop and a shorter version on mobile.

These conditions work just like they do in database apps or dashboard apps. Now you can use them in your forms, too.
