When a TappeApp link is opened on a mobile device, it should prompt the user to open it in the app instead of the mobile website. Currently, it redirects to the browser, and users have to log in again with no saved info. It would be much better if links could open directly in the app when installed.

I have an automation that sends a record URL to the client via email. The client would like to click the link on their phone and be redirected directly to the record in the Tape mobile app.
Is there any way to make this possible?
We’ve run into complaints about this as well. If they have the Tape Mobile app, links should ope directly there, not a mobile browser version of tape.
