Using Webstudio for client interaction with Tape records

I made this video the other day for somewhere else but thought some people here might find it interesting.

It shows using WebStudio (thanks @Luis for the intro) as a web frontend to a Tape record with realtime updates and triggering Tape automations from the webpage.

@Jason Thank you for this, this is so well timed! I have been working on a strategy for rebuilding a website for the NSCF and I do NOT want to use Wordpress. We’ve been looking at Strapi (which might still be good for the content delivery piece) but this looks awesome. And it’s great that you can self host it! Will definitely be playing with this, thanks for the recommendation!

Thanks, Andrew although all credit for finding WebStudio should go to Luis. Having said that it is one of those really clever tools that I certainly wonder how I lived without. I tried self-hosting it and found it way too much hard work at least for me

Webstudio is fantastic! I migrated all my and clients’ websites/blogs from WordPress to Webstudio using a custom CMS integration with Tape as the backend. I was up to here :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: with WordPress and replace it altogether with Webstudio/Tape combination. NEVER again to WordPress
