Why do I get notified about every record by default?

Don’t know why I get every record of an app to be set to “following” … although the app itself is set to not follow. I know both can be set independently - but shouldn’t be the standard for a record be “not following”?

How can I mass unset all records to be “not following”? Tape Mobile app keeps me informed about tooo many things meanwhile

I don’t think there’s a default way to set no follow. However, you can bulk unfollow records by doing this:
